Calder is back up to his birth weight!
1285grams. He's over his birth weight, in fact.
He is IV free. He still has a feeding tube and his monitors but no IVs or other tubes that could be a problem if he pulled out.
Calder is up to 8cc's an hour of food. He is also getting vitamins and caffeine by mouth now (instead of by IV). He gets the equivalent of 6 shots of caffeine a day! He is definitely a member of this family!
Shane and I had our first, "we are so tired we're going to loose it" night last night. But, we've rebounded and we're back in the game. It's a marathon so there are bound to be several of those nights before this kid makes his way home.

Hey we had one of those last night too! We did lose it. And I don't have to operate a vehicle on a regular basis...that has got to be rough. Hang in there super mom. Obviously Calder is feeling your love and support!!! sounds like he's doing awesome!
